General Description: willowy Haitian woman with long grey hair in little braids and gathered on top of her head in a colourful scarf, brown-black eyes. 168 cm (5'6") 44kg (97#).

Clothes: Colourful skirts and blouses, very rarely do they actually go together.

Personality: Brusk to adults, a favourite "auntie" to children, she radiates a total enigma about herself.

Abilities: She unnerves Cade with her ability to tell who is human, nephilim or Elohim just by glancing, which makes one believe she might not be totally human, but definitely not nephilim, either. Her power extends over those who "believe" her, and she does have some sort of geas over Gary, although it is clear she can only bind one person at a time, and she shows no intention of releasing Gary any time soon.

Idea Pool: Madame Beaulieu and Gary have a strange bond, almost a mother and child sort of way, although they are in no way related. She seriously unnerves not only Cade but Chalybs as well, almost to the point where Chalybs would interact with her, and not to ask for her homemade cookies, either. She is Billy's guardian while he's trapped in human guise, and does not fear Elohim in general.
