General Description: 170 centimeters tall (5'7"), 91kg (200 pounds). Japanese/Polish Acadian. Brown eyes with slight Asian slant, brown hair, kept long and tied back in a ponytail; once every two or three years he chops it for Locks for Love. Usually has one stray whisp that curls around his eye. He's slightly overweight with a little bit of a belly and a jolly face (due to his Polish mother), otherwise quite fit.

Clothes: Usually wears business casual, although he is known to "bum around" in jeans and club shirts.

Telltale Marks: No piercings; no tattoos.

Quirks: A big kid himself, prior to coming to Acadia when he was eleven, he was following Ojii-san's (venerable grandfather) path of Shinto. He still has very Shinto ideals. He is a sensitive, and can speak to and, if needed, help pass over, lost souls. The compassionate one of Pier Six, usually deals with public relations. Dresses up every year for Halloween as Captain Harlock.

Personality: Big kid; no where near the level of otaku (fanatic) Wulfie is, he is more into the old school Gatchaman, Space Battleship Yamato, Kyakujuu-GoLion, and especially Captain Harlock. He and Eddie have been best friends since high school.

Weapons: Spirit daisho (samurai sword set), consisting of a katana (long sword), wakizashi (short sword) and tanto (knife). Although he never carries the katana and wakizashi unless absolutely necessary (when dealing with particularly evil or belligerent spirits or kami) he always has the tanto on a sheathe on his belt. These weapons' sheathes and hilts are made of ivory and jade, and the blades are bright and eminate an aura that many sensitives can pick up.

Idea Pool: He and Eddie are best friends, and he has a very close friendship with Cade as well. Kozy and Jimmy are very rarely left at home.

Jimmy ("Yojimbo") and Kozy ("Kotetsu"):

Jimmy and Kozy are trained as service dogs; their "work" words are their full names, and they will go into "work" mode. Yojimbo is a retired police dog, around 8 years old; Kotetsu, 3, is therapy-trained to help children with developmental or emotional problems.

Yojimbo, usually called Jimmy, is a large black Akita. He is very stoic and might even have more common sense than any other member of Pier Six outside of Cade. Ray uses the honourific "-san" whenever addressing Yojimbo while working.

Kotetsu, usually called Kozy or Princess, is a small white and tawny Pomeranian. She is significantly younger than Yojimbo and is more the mascot and cheerleader. Ray uses the honourific "-hime" regardless of whether she's working or not; Eddie to call her "Princess" on more than one occasion.
