General Description: (human form) 149 centimeters tall (4'9"), 25kg (55 pounds). pale skin, long coppery red hair, crimson eyes (dark brown when he loses his memory,) usually narrowed. As Billy, he has one prominent scar and one faint one: the prominent one is a diamond-shaped on at his neck, just above his adam's apple, the other is a pale, chicken-pox-type scar in the center of his forehead. In his angelic mid-form, he appears as a full-grown adult, with bright red wings, the tips of the feathers singed and smoking.

Clothes: In human form, he tends to go simple, albeit bright, clothing, often sticking with primary colors. His robes and armor in angelic form are scarlet and gold.

Quirk: Quite full of himself as Belial; as Billy, he sees Cade as a possible father figure, which leads to rather interesting situations.

Personality: Sadistic, uncaring, egomaniacal, and just plain evil. Prone to monologuing. As Billy, however, he is curious, learning more about the world every day.

Weapon: Flamberge; during the first book, he uses Rani and Tyr quite efficiently.

Idea Pool: Belial is evil. He's a cunning runt who likes to make everyone miserable and hey, if he can convince a few monkeys to kill one another, then bonus. He and Asbeel have a very long, bitter history, and Belial enjoys tormenting Cade especially. During the first book, he and Rani were nigh inseperable, although for Rani, it was a rather horrific and scarring experience. While amnesiac, Billy feels most comfortable around Cade, Reese, Nata, Yosmine and Madame Beaulieu (who takes him in). Tyr makes him very nervous and uncomfortable, though, to be honest, the feeling is mutual.

SPOILER ALERT! As Belial, his intentions are usually the opposite of what he says and does, but that's expected of him. By the end of the first book, Belial's consciousness is subdued, allowing the Manium that was bound to him through Chalybs to take control — in other words, Gil. Billy is quite confused, knowing nothing about the the world and feeling an unfathomable attraction toward Cade, latches onto Cade for reasons that only become obvious once Chalybs is destroyed.
